Snow, ice and cuckoo clocks : The Black Forest

Docked in Briesach for a morning stroll and after lunch it was off to the Black Forest. Cuckoo clocks in abundance in a workshop beside an inn where Marie Antoinette had her last meal before entering France to become the bride of Louis XVI. It is now a Best Western...say no more. Lake Titisee, further up the mountain was frozen solid - quite spectacular given its size. Last night in Germany and on the boat. Tomorrow Switzerland and off by rail to Lucerne.
