Greenwich and Lord Leighton's house

Took a quick trip back to Greenwich for the antique markets and emerged with no purchases though was sorely tempted by some prints by local artists of the area. After a quick break at home headed off down the road to the home of one of my favourite late 19th century artists, Lord Leighton. Have had a print of one of his works somewhere at home or at the office for the last 30 years. Had no idea his home and studio, now a museum, was only 10 minutes walk from where we are staying. Such a beautiful place. I'd admired the unique design and decoration in books for years but seeing it live was really something. Have posted a few of his better known pieces below.
